To return a product at, please read our instruction and Fill in the return Form , we’ll contact you back through the email.

In case you received wrong products due to our mistake, please contact our customer service (feedback [at] atozcs [dot] net) for exchange or refund. We will make exchange or refund arrangement after goods are returned. We try our best to deliver your desired products as soon as possible. 

Defective product(s)
1.All our products have one week, 1 month and 3 month warranty. Which stated at the product listings. Defective products may be replaced if returned within the warranty period, since the date of purchase.     

2. If products do not work properly, please contact our customer service  first to resolve your problem. Do not return goods directly to us without getting an instruct to do so.

3. we’ll need you to supply some pictures about the products you received, and we’ll answer for all our defective goods all through.

4.If the warranty expires or products are misused, it will be declared void.

5.The original shipping, handling charges and return postage will not be refunded if product used after 7 days of usage.

Return Procedure
1.After receiving the products from us, please keep the package properly. It is because they are all necessary to provide if you return defective product(s) in the future.
2.Email our customer service feedback [at] atozcs [dot] net to get an instruction.
 3. Well Package the item and return to us after get an instruction to do so.
