Pos Laju Tracking Definition
Item Posted Over The Counter – item is directly send to counter. sender pay the amount of shipping to the staff by cash.
Item Picked Up – Normally it’s a collection service/ drop-off . Sender are subscribing to third party service like Easy Parcel, Lazada, which having a contract with pos laju. Which the benefit from this contract, customer will enjoy much discount on shipping fee.
We will book a consignment note and fill in with receiver name, we paid for it, and attach along with the parcel. Then either Pos Laju will collect or we will drop off item to nearby pos laju.
While drop-of , we not need to pay by cash as we already paid after the booking. Pos Laju Staff will store the item first, Normally around 7pm after item ready to dispatch out, then parcel will be scanned. By that time only the status of Parcel will written as “Item Picked Up” follow by “Item Dispatch Out”
Problem May Occur: The problem may occur and giving us stress is when parcel overloaded inside the poslaju branch warehouse, some item will be process the next day, and if they did not scan the parcel that was already “Picked Up” . So what we afraid of, buyer will misunderstood and assume that we didn’t sent out item within that promising day. while while the truth was we already sent the item as we promise.
Problem May Occur:sometime staff that do picked up scan (staff front counter) is differently from the one who did dispatch out scanning, so when item already dispatch out by other staff. The picked up scan haven’t done yet, while parcel already reach Shah Alam /Klia Hub, suddenly there came “item picked up” via the sender pos laju Branch. So that most buyer are freak out that their parcel is return back to sender. while the truth is , the staff who keep the centre copy of consignment note, just did the scanning, while actually parcel already route to receiver address.
